Ive always been fascinated by the solar terminator - the line dividing day and night.
Daylight draws the terminator on a map of the world, and shades in the areas of the world where its night - by default, it draws the current terminator, but you can specify the exact time for which the terminator should be drawn.
If you want to see in more detail, turn your device sideways for a scrollable, zoomable map.

I had something similar on my Palm Zire and I missed it something fierce.
Suggest you add location of the sun and make home marker a little smaller.
Otherwise AWESOME!!!!!
Exactly what i was looking for: simple, and very reliable on my iTouch. The +/- hour feature helps to guage time left to darkness.
Some bad moments
i liked the wall hanging map with the Daylight areas showing for years, so when this app became available i jumped at it. Nice feature. My only issue is that about once a week it fails, and the map disappears. I must delete the app and then re download it. i have done this many times. i dont know why it crashes like this. I would be curious to hear from others to see if the issue exists for users.
